We do not give enough credit to the body we live in. Often times a negative critic will pop into your thoughts instead of a positive one when it comes to our bodies. I am guilty of it. We all are at one time or another in our lives. So I choose to fight those thoughts and teach my mind how great, strong, resilient, and beautiful of a body I have and if I can help one person feel damn good in their bodies then I know I have done my job and left the world a little more better than I found it.
