PHOENIX INTIMATE BACKYARD WEDDING

Nadine and Bryan’s  Phoenix intimate backyard wedding will always be a special couple to me because it was my first wedding in a completely different language and was also my first backyard wedding. 

When Nadine reached out to me, I was so happy. We jumped on a call and she explained to me how she was following me for months and was hoping I would be available on her day. 

After talking with Nadine on the phone, I knew I had to capture their special day! With their beautiful family and friends around, Nadine and Bryan said their I Dos at their aunt’s house. This location was so significant to them because that is where they first met. They wanted a day to be centered around their love and their heritage. They did not care to follow the norms.      

So planned their wedding to be a few hours before the sunset, there wasn’t a cloud in the sky, a wonderful breeze, but most importantly, the way Bryan looked at Nadine when she walked down the aisle, to spend the rest of her life with him!

Wedding ceremony      

The plan for their wedding was to start a few hours before the sunset, there wasn’t a cloud in the sky, a wonderful breeze. The way Bryan looked at Nadine when she walked down the aisle, to spend the rest of her life with him! The ceremony was beautiful and paid homage to their love for each other but also for their family. They set out chairs for family members who passed away and made a special section in the backyard for their immediate family and son.  They wanted to make sure they had an intimate setting for their ceremony.

One thing I enjoyed about this day is how they scheduled their day. They wanted to be authentic with their family members and make sure everyone understood what they were saying. While carving out time for them to be alone and create some amazing images that they will look back on.

This intimate backyard wedding was filled with love, culture, and the world’s best tacos. Seriously one of the best experiences I have had with a couple who were so proud of their heritage.
